How Digital Products Are Delivered

All our products are digital only – nothing physical will be shipped.

At checkout, you’ll create an account (or one will be created for you).

To access your purchase, simply log in to your account on our website. From there, you can view your digital products and any included materials.

You’ll also receive an email confirmation with access instructions. Delivery is instant – most products are available within minutes of purchase. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@townexplorers.co.uk.
Activity Packs (if included in your order)
Some of our products include an activity pack for kids:

These are provided as a downloadable PDF file in your account.

To enjoy the full experience, you will need to download and print the pack yourself before starting your adventure.

Please ensure you have access to a printer, or use a local print service if needed.
